Welcome to Lyric Visions. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website www.lyricvisions.art (the "Site") and your purchase of digital artwork products. By accessing our Site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Our Products

Lyric Visions sells digital artwork files that are:

• AI-generated visual interpretations inspired by song lyrics and musical themes
• Delivered as downloadable digital files (typically high-resolution PNG or JPEG)
• Available for immediate download after purchase

Our artwork represents creative, transformative interpretations and does not reproduce song lyrics verbatim or infringe on the copyrights of original musical works.

2. License Grant

Upon completing a purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital artwork for:

• Personal use (home decoration, personal devices, etc.)
• Personal social media sharing (with credit to Lyric Visions appreciated)
• Personal gifts (printing for friends/family)

You May NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the artwork
• Use the artwork for commercial purposes without a commercial license
• Claim the artwork as your own creation
• Include the artwork in products for sale (merchandise, prints for resale, etc.)
• Use the artwork in any way that infringes on third-party rights
• Modify the artwork and sell the modified version

3. Purchases and Payment

Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store your complete payment card information.

Order Confirmation

After successful payment, you will receive:

• An on-screen confirmation with download link(s)
• An email confirmation with your download link(s)

4. Digital Delivery and Downloads

Digital products are delivered immediately upon successful payment. Download links are:

• Available immediately on the confirmation page
• Sent to your email address
• Valid for 30 days from purchase date
• Limited to 5 downloads per purchase

Please download and save your files promptly. We recommend backing up your purchases.

5. Refund Policy

Exceptions

We may consider refunds in the following circumstances:

• Technical Issues: If you are unable to download your purchase due to a technical error on our end
• Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same item twice
• Significantly Not as Described: If the product materially differs from its description

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to support@lyricvisions.art.

Our Rights

AI-Generated Content

Our artwork is created using artificial intelligence tools. While we claim rights to the specific outputs and curation of our artwork, we acknowledge the evolving legal landscape around AI-generated content.

Song Inspiration

Our artwork is inspired by the themes, emotions, and imagery evoked by songs. We do not reproduce lyrics, album artwork, or other copyrighted elements of the original musical works. Our creations are transformative artistic interpretations.

7. User Conduct

When using our Site, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site
